Book Your Covid-19 Vaccine

We are offering the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine to our patients who are 18 years of age and older, as well as their family members who are also over 18.
Please make an appt by clicking here (make sure you get a call from us to confirm), or by calling us at 212-925-4993, or text us at 646-580-8689.
You can make one Covid-19 vaccine appointment for all family members (who live with you). We have to observe you for 15 minutes after your vaccine, so we are co-horting family members in the same exam room.

Unfortunately, as of today, I still have not heard from the City's Dept of Health as to when our office will be receiving the covid-19 vaccines, nor have most of my physician colleagues in NYC.
Our practice is already a registered site with the city to give vaccines (the Vaccines For Children program), but it is unclear when we'll be getting the vaccines.
I am working with the Equity Working Group with the local Council Board 2 to write a resolution that demands the city work with various practices throughout the city to fully immunize our most vulnerable populations. In the meanwhile, here's the current phases for the covid-19 vaccine. And here is a list of resources for how to get a vaccine for you and/or your family, if you are eligible:
