For Kids/teens:

  • Download the app Stop Breathe Think to track your mood

  • Download the Calm app for meditation

  • Track your emotions - just download this jpeg, and "highlight" how you feel every day; if you see more feelings on the left than right - please talk to your parents or a trusted adult!

  • Make sure you get at least 8-10 hours of sleep every night! Track your sleep at night with Sleep Cycle app (make sure to put on airplane mode!) 

    • Turn off Blue light on all your devices 

    • Sometimes kids tell me they can't fall asleep at night even if they turned off all electronics - tell your parents - you may have some anxiety or stress that we don't know about!

  • Come up with a list of 5 things that relax you and/or make you happy - and make sure to do them daily!​
