Download the Calm app for meditation

Track your emotions - just download this jpeg, and "highlight" how you feel every day; if you see more feelings on the left than right - please talk to your parents or a trusted adult!

Make sure you get at least 8-10 hours of sleep every night! Track your sleep at night with Sleep Cycle app (make sure to put on airplane mode!)

Turn off Blue light on all your devices

Sometimes kids tell me they can't fall asleep at night even if they turned off all electronics - tell your parents - you may have some anxiety or stress that we don't know about!
